The factory consists of more than 30 sets of single and double crank-shaft presses (50-250 tons), 10 sets molding facilities and 30 sets of 35-75kg (AC/DC) spot welding machines. Currently professional venders operate the plastic injection and painting facilities.

Procedures / Testing Details

• The dimensions and surfaces of incoming materials must be tested by various instruments, including: a high gauge, an R-gauge, a Pin-gauge, a platform, and a thickness gauge for anodizing tests and painting tests.
• Quality assurance, records, the production schedule, the shipping schedule, special requirements of customers control our whole production procedure, and the inspection of finished products
